PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE OR PURSUING ALTERNATIVE MEASURES. 

 
CUSTOM BOOTS/BELTS: We make Old-world hand crafted footwear -this takes TIME. We do not make machine made/calibrated, assembly line products. "CUSTOM" Boot/belt making requires your participation in the process to achieve desired results. We do our darndest to make the best boots according to your order specifications. Based on this; styling specs can only be changed 1 day after the order was placed. If modifications are necessary they are limited to original order specs. We recommend specifics as to what constitutes a Good Fit. However, please understand even with measurements there is what we refer to as interpretation of fit & comfort, it is like beauty is in the eye of the beholder and ultimately it is the customer's responsibility to provide correct order & sizing information to help us determine what is comfortable to you. So, your feedback is muy importante! That Means Very Important. *Please Be Advised that we do not manufacture orthopedic footwear. If you have orthopedic footwear needs please contact us for discussion. Substitutions: On occasion Shaft and or vamp leather may be substituted for similar leather in order to properly match color. In the event this is necessary we will make the attempt to give notice, if this is not possible, only matching color in an upgraded leather will be used. Men - order your regular shoe size, Ladies generally order 1/2 size smaller than regular shoe size depending on how tight a fit you like. 
 
Occasionally, as with tailor made clothing, made-to-order cowboy boots/belts may need alterations/modifications, therefore we reserve the right to modify or remake the items as necessary. This is the process by which correct sizing/customizing is achieved. We may suggest sending in a tracing of your foot to serve as a general guide to compare sizing. However, some of us like to wear tight fitting boots; others like to kick 'em off loosely. We know this only if you tell us. Should a boot have to be resized due to the customer choosing a size against the advice of our staff, we will assess a re-lasting fee to cover our labor and materials.
 
Re-Furbishing- May change the original fit and comfort, however not to be considered defective, leathers feel and respond differently as a standard. 
 
REFUNDS: We DO NOT offer refunds. Please understand the nature of the product: Our footwear, belts, wallets and other products are custom-made for you, and quality takes time. In the event an impasse should occur after we have offered to remake your order and have worked together with you to establish your needs, we may offer a refund at our discretion, with a 50% re-marketing fee, howevery if a boot has been modified from it's origional order specs please be advised our warranty is void.  If you request us to change or add anything beyond the origional specs during an adjustment our warranty is void.  
 
RETURNS: We are happy to assist with return items for adjustments and modifications only according to the original order specs within 30 days of receiving them. If we made a mistake we will adjust, modify or remake as needed to get as close as possible to an ideal. However, there may be a point at which it may no longer be feasible to continue if there is a dis-connect between possibility and interpretation. Although we will work to accomodate your requests, if we modify the boot for you beyond the origional specs of the order, your warranty is void.
 
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION # is necessary in order to return a product. We can not accept responsibility if the order can not be tracked in our factory if it is returned back to us without this return number.
 
DESCRIPTION - NATURAL BEAUTY/FIT: All our boots are handmade-this means hands only, except the sewing machines our hands use to make the boots. Dye lots, leathers and computer monitors will vary the colors slightly. Due to the handmade process there may be variations and asymmetry that add to the uniqueness in fit & natural beauty of a handmade product, this will/can not be considered a reason for return. And in fact are proof of the handmade nature and to be considered a source of pride. Occasionally leather and exotic skins will have natural scars or small markings that are inherent to the animal skin and not to be considered blemishes. We do our best to try and cut the hide so they are not in a conspicuous area and occasionally do not present until lasted. Such markings only add to the authenticity and natural beauty of the product, and it is understood that these markings do not compromise the quality or integrity and durability of the boot. 
 
CANCELLATIONS: All custom boots/belts are made and assembled to your order specifications. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours and the order has been put into the production system. 
 
STOCK FOOTWEAR/PRODUCTS: PLEASE CALL FOR A RETURN CODE Only Unworn Undamaged items can be exchanged for another size or style within 30 days or store credit good for 1 year only. Please, CALL FOR APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZATION CODE. All regular shipping charges do apply. We do not reimburse shipping charges unless we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item. Exchanges/Returns may take up to 3-4 weeks to process from the time we receive the merchandise. If there is an impasse on a refund we will need to charge a 25% restocking fee, however your must CALL FOR APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZATION CODE. 
 
BACK ORDERS -Occasionally, we may run out of stock of a particular item, in which case the item may be back ordered or, if you wish, exchanged for another item or refunded if we will not restocked. 
 
DISCOUNTED CLOSEOUT FOOTWEAR/PRODUCTS: All discounted and closeout footwear is sold as is, and all sales are final. At our discretion, you may return them as credit towards a future purchase, however you must CALL FOR APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZATION CODE . 
 
DELIVERY: Generally, our normal delivery for CUSTOM boots will take about 10 weeks but can take up to about 4 mos. depending on the style and materials ordered, Some styles take longer or during busy holiday season as well can delay the order. Every style has an estimated delivery chart on the order page. Please review before placing order if you have a deadline to meet. In rare occasions, such as during peek seasons or with more intricate designs, some orders may require up to 16 weeks for delivery or longer. Remakes may be quicker, but it is important to remember that these are handmade, and it is best not to rush production as quality may suffer. Considerations beyond regular repair due to mistake as well can delay the completion of an order. STOCK footwear gets shipped out within 24 business hours or if orders come in after 3 pm MTN time 48 business hours according to the chosen delivery schedule. 
 
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift certificates may be used towards the purchase of any CABOOTS merchandise. Gift certificates expire 1 year after purchase date. We DO NOT offer refunds on gift certificates. EXPRESS SHIPPING: We do everything within our power to ensure that your boots/shoes/footwear are shipped within the desired time frames. However, if we do our part getting the package out on time and the shipping company misses the desired delivery date, you need to file a claim directly with the shipping company for any loss. We will help you file the claim, but we cannot guarantee any shipper¬ôs delivery dates or service. ADDITIONAL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY IN CASES OF LOSS. 
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If you are ordering internationally-please be aware of your countries import policies. We are not exporters of exotic boots. It is your responsibility to know if your customs agents will accept merchandise from the USA. If we make and ship the ordered product and you do not receive the merchandise due to customs confiscation we can not issue refund or accept chargebacks.
